Community Involvement Is Fun (and sometimes funny too!)
Contacted by Falling Creek Children's Home about an idea for a fund raising project to
get donations for the Children's Home. We offered some of our goats to participate in a
Goat Dressing Contest. Several well known people in Elbert county gave it a try. (Phyllis
Brooks, Gwen Childs, Anna Jones and Sissie Herring) They all deserve a first place!

Community Involvement Is Fun and Educational Too!
As a member of the Elbert County Farm Bureau Women's Committee we participate in
numerous community events. We took a few of our goats to help kick off their reading
program at the "Fun Fair" at the Elbert County Library.
